商務艙是我的日常

大家好,ANKY仔這次介紹澳洲國內線的澳洲航空,這條航線是全球第二最繁忙國內航線,它就是墨爾本來往悉尼的航線。

Hi,everybody. I am Anky.I will introduce a domestic flight which is the second busiest domestic routing in the world.The routing is MEL/SYD.What's more,I had taken Qantas which is the spirit of Australia.

不過,ANKY仔對這次非常不滿意,為甚麼?? 

HOWEVER,Anky felt very angry and disappointed,do you know why?? 

因為我是本坐A332的新商務艙,結果飛機因上一段在馬尼拉機件故障沒法回澳洲,航班前一天已取消。但澳洲航空竟然在當日早上6點才告訴我(我原坐9點飛機),另外在辦理登機手續才發現澳洲航空沒處理我航班取消後的問題。地勤人員還說要我候補,她還怕我不夠生氣,說之後每一小時有一班,但也是滿,還是B737-800。

I felt so disappointed becasue I chose A332 aircraft but it was cancelled due to aircraft was techinal in Manila.However, I through Qantas was very irresponsibility that the aircraft was techinal before the departure day but they noted me at 6am on departure day. My origin flight departed at 9am,they noted me at 6am. Do you think it is very irresponsibility?? What's more, the flight had been cancelled,they did not protect or move me to other flight. What's wrong??I went to check-in counter and the staff told I needed to standby other flight but all flights flew to Sydney although there were flight very hour.All were full and it was operated B737-800. 

結果,來來回回櫃枱,一次又一次也上不了的失望,最後在8點14分左右,地勤人員給了一班11點半的飛機我。當然,一句不好意思也沒有,就把我趕走。

Finally,I took my boarding pass and baggage receipt at 8:14am.The ground staff did not say anything and gave me the flight which departed at 11:30am. I felt so disappointed and angry when I went to check-in counter and the staff said no seat available on that flight.

由於改至11點30分航班,所以在貴賓室的時間也可以逗留長一點。澳洲航空國內線貴賓室分為兩部份: I had much more time stayed in Qantas domestic lounge due my  new flight departure time was 11:30am. I knew that Qantas domestic lounge had two parts :

第一部份:符合入貴賓室的會員坐經濟艙 The first part is the passenger take economy class who have valid entance the lounge passenger

第二部份:商務艙旅客 And the second part is Business Class passenger 

貴賓室看飛機是好地方。 The lounge is a great place or location which you watch the aeroplane.

差不多11點,我就離開貴賓室前往9號登機門去(你也看到登機證沒寫登機門,可能太早了)。

登機時間為1110,起飛是1130 

Around 11am,I left the lounge and head to the boarding gate NO.9(You could see that the boarding pass did not show me the gate so I needed to find the flight information displayer to watch my gate. Maybe it was too early when I had boarding pass.) 

The boarding time was 11:10am and the departure time was 11:30am. 

• B737-800 商務艙座位 B737-800 BUSINESS CLASS SEAT 
• 沒個人電視NO PERSONNEL TV 
• 商務艙座位共有12個 TOTAL 12SEATS IN BUSINESS CLASS
• 耳機放在登機門前的1個櫃,要的自己拿 HEADPHONE IS PUT IN A COMPARTMENT WHICH LOCATED BEFORE THE GATE.IF YOU NEEDED,YOU NEED TO TAKE YOURSELF.
• 商務艙耳機跟經濟艙耳機一樣,不能抗噪音 BUSINESS CLASS HEADPHONE IS SAME AS ECONOMY CLASS HEADPHONE. IT WAS A NORMAL HEADPHONE,NOT NOISE CANCELLATION HEADPHONES.

飛機旁邊停了一班剛從柏斯到的A330-200 QANTAS A330-200 WAS STOPPED NEXT TO MY AIRCRAFT WHICH DEPARTED FROM PERTH 

(為甚麼不是我坐阿?? WHY DID IT NOT MY FLIGHT ?? )

起飛後 AFTER TAKE OFF

由於天氣不太好,機長已在廣播說道:「扣上安全帶的指示燈會全程亮起,因為航程中會遇上不穩定的氣流。」

 Captain announced that the seatbelt sign will turn on during the flight due to weather of enroute and unexpected turbulence 

機長廣播結束,空服人員便推出餐車派發飛機餐 Cabin crew push the trolley for meal service after the captain's announcement 

這天有3個選擇,但沒提供餐牌,只靠空服經理口頭說,但可能要對12個人說12篇,感覺他已經不想再說了。 There were 3 choices but no menu provided,the flight manager said the choices himself.However,I felt that he was so tired and did not want to say anymore because he needed to said the choices 12 times.

• 新鮮水果碗 fresh friuts
• 撻配沙律菜 tart with salad vegetables
• 熱狗包 hot dog

• 撻配沙律菜 TART WITH SALAD VEGETABLES
• 牛油 BUTTER
• 水 / 有汽礦泉水 WATER OR SPARKLING MINERAL WATER
• 麵包 A CAKE

餐點不太好吃,所以降落後在悉尼機場吃了一點東西才去市中心

I bought some japanese food in Sydend Airport because the food was not great.
