ANKY仔這次介紹國泰航空商務艙舊的服務。大家應該也知道國泰航空長途航班的商務艙從上一年已改變了服務方法,另外他們也把短途航班的枕頭和毛氈換了新公司。

ANKY introduces OLD SERVICE of business class in Cathay Pacific Airways. Nowadays,Cathay Pacific is changed their new services in their long haul flight and they had changed pillow and blanket in short haul flight too.

因航班是澳美航班,所以在登機的時候會在登機橋有安檢人員再搜你的手提行李,看看有否液體。(澳美航班在香港上飛機前不可以有任何液體在手提行李)

Due to USA and Australia flight,the security officer will check your hand baggage that you must no liquid and water before you board the aircraft.

  • 過夜包,抗噪音耳機和水在你座位旁的儲物櫃
  • Travel Kits,Noise Cancellation Headphone and a bottle of Water are located in your compartment which is near your seat
  • 餐單在關門後由高級艙務長派發,並介紹自己
  • Senior Purser will introduces herself and send you the menu after the cabin door closed.

起飛後 AFTER TAKE OFF

空服人員會先派發快速專用邀請卡及澳洲快速專用邀請卡及澳洲入境卡 Crew will give you the invitation of fast track airport facilities and landing card first

之後空服人員會鋪上枱布,預備一下派發輕膳 Then,crew will set the tray table and will set the trolley to serve supper.

DRINKS

輕膳部份:分了兩種,第一種是會吃主菜;第二種就是不會吃主菜。餐盤會有一點點不同,主要給派主餐的空服人員知道。他們會問你吃不吃主菜先上盤子給你

Supper: There are two different tray for supper. First one is the passenger will eat the main course. Second one is the passenger will not eat the main course. Crew will ask you first and send the tray for you.The tray will have different between you eat or not and give the crew who serve main course to know that the passenger choose to eat or not.

主菜部份有兩種,我選了比目魚配飯 There were two choice of main course,I chose fish with rice

** 如果你選中餐,他們會提供筷子 If you choose the main course is chinese style,they will provide chopsticks to you. **

由於我不吃芝士,所以沒有要及拍照 I don't eat cheese,so I don't order and take photo 


睡醒後 AFTER I WAKE UP

還剩下的飛行時間 TIME TO DESTINATION : 3Hours

第二餐會在降落前2小時提供,而第二餐是早餐。Crew will serve you breakfast which is second meal service before flight lands 2hrs.

STARTER

早餐服務比較簡單,只有飲料、麵包及主菜分開上。It is easier service than lunch or dinner. Drinks,bread and main course will seperate to send you only.Other items will send you in tray once.

DIM SUM

主菜 main course:中式點心 Dim Sum Selection
